Poor app!!! Failed to assist my needs!
Apps is so slow and buggy. Booking pool is impossible as there are only 2 available slots every session but people just book because booking is free. But when you go to the pool, you will see the pool is empty.
The intention of the app is very good. However, the building of the app is very poorly done. It is super laggy and buggy at times. I really wonder if there are corruption involved for the relevant institutions to entrust this developer to make this app. Furthermore, despite overwhelming negative reviews, I failed to see any action being taken to improve the situation.
Very glitchy and unstable. Needs to improve
So frustrating. Didn't ask me to set up pin now I cannot do any bookings without the pin I DONT EVEJ KNOW
App is laggy, courts take too long to display. It will be great if there is an option for people to cancel their booking and free the slots for others.
Entering the pin code to pay doesn't work
I cant sign up because its stuck buffering so I cant sign up
unfair. have to book for swimming. but when it rains before i go, i cannot cancel. when i went another time it threatens me again saying i no show. when i have tracetogether showing i had dinner at the same swimming complex. are the entry staff supposed to scan us or we supposed to make sure the gantry works.
Decent UI, but with insane loading times, random timeouts and blank screens when the app doesn't feel like working. Amazing piece of junk that no one would use if it wasn't mandatory. You can also tell that no one really cares, since the alternative they give is to go do it in person. LOL. It's like telling someone who's complaint is that the train isn't working, "thank you for your valuable feedback, we suggest you walk from now, that will also get you to work... eventually"
